As you looked up the light 
    grew brighter and 
    brighter until all of a sudden 
    in a flash the white of the chalky 
    paint vanished and an astonishing 
    kaleidoscope of colors revealed 
    itself above your head as your body 
    rememebered the space of cyan 
    and art deco finishes, the ornate 
    details you had observed while 
    waiting many times for a 
    band to perform
